These terms govern your use of Openbook, operated by Bergstrom Consulting AB. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us immediately about unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not access accounts that are not yours, reverse engineer the service, circumvent security, or use Openbook to break the law.

4. Fees

Prices are shown in-app. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account anytime from settings.

8. Governing law

Governed by Swedish law. Disputes settled in the courts of Sweden.
