Openbook is operated by Bergstrom Consulting AB. This policy explains what personal data we process.

1. Data we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, company).
Data you upload or generate inside Openbook.
Data from third-party services you explicitly connect.

2. How we use it

Authenticate you and run the service.
Respond to support requests.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that host, deliver, and secure Openbook on our behalf. Providers act as processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Bookkeeping data is retained per Swedish accounting law (7 years). Other data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Contact support@openbook-labs.com. We respond within 30 days.
